Spicy Crab Acid

Material:
4 tail Crab medium
1 / 4 thumb galangal, crushed
Leaves 2 stalks green onion, chopped
2 pieces of orange juice, water taken
1 stick
lemongrass
3 sheets of orange leaves
1 cup Water
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking oil, for sauteing
 

Spices that:
5 red chilies
5 cloves Shallots
1 item Pecan

 
How to cook:
1. Boiled crab, then open the shell and clean the gills, split into 2 parts
2. Saute the spice paste, galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass until fragrant and then add the fish sauce and scallions just enter the water
3. Enter the crab and cook over low heat until the spices seep
