Material:
5 tail crabs, cleaned, split second
5 cm ginger, crushed, chopped
5 cm galangal sliced
10 tbsp tomato sauce (adjust spiciness with chilli)
1-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3-4 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper powder
250 ml of water (to taste)
2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
Spices:
15 red chillies
8-10 red onion)
4 garlic SNG
1 1 / 2 - 2 tsp salt
Method:
Saute the ground ingredients with ginger, until fragrant.
Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and pepper.
Pour water, bring to a boil.
Enter a crab that has been chopped.
Cook over low heat until the spices seep into the crab and crab cooked.
Finally enter the cornstarch solution and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve in warm.
